Conditions of sale

1. Any goods returned will bear a 10% re-stocking fee unless the goods are accepted as being faulty by Springbank Koi Ltd or the manufacturer.

2. We reserve the right to debit any payment by any card transaction and goods are sold with this as a strict condition.

3. Damaged goods must be notified to Springbank Koi Ltd immediatley or at least within 24hrs so we can notify any carrier, otherwise no claim will be acknowledged.

4. Any goods under a munufacturers guarantee that fail in the guarantee period must be returned at purchasers cost, undamaged, with a copy of the invoice before a claim can be acknowledged.

Free delivery usually next working day subject to conditions below:

1. England, Wales Scottish Lowlands orders over £100.00 FREE (subject to surcharges below)

2. England, Wales, Scottish Lowlands under £50.00, £6.00 surcharge

3. England, Wales, Scottish Lowlands between £50.00 & £100, £3.00 surcharge

3. Surcharges - Any parcel any area over 1 metre in length - £3.00 delivery surcharge.

4. Postcode FK, KY, PA, PH, IV, KW, ZE any parcel £3.00 delivery surcharge

5. Over water, price on application and 2-3 days delivery.
